  • 1. Indoor temperature sensor fault: (E1) The display shows E1 and flashes one time per second. Fan mode can work normally. Under cooling mode, the compressor will work 30 minutes and stop 4 minutes. The auto fan is fixed on mid speed. Under the dry mode, the compressors works 6 minutes and stops 4 minutes. Indoor fan works on low speed. Under the auto mode, it will work as the setting mode. If the fault happens before the mode setting, the unit will not works under auto mode. When the fault is solved, the unit can work normally.
  • 2. Indoor coil temperature sensor fault : (E2) The display shows E2 and flashes 1 time per second. Fan mode can work normally. Under cooling mode, the compressor works 30 minutes and stops four minutes. Under the dry mode, the compressors works 6 minutes and stops 4 minutes. Indoor fan works on low speed. Under the auto mode, it will work as the setting mode. When the fault is solved, the unit can work normally.
  • 3. Water pump fault : (E5) Under cooling and dry mode, if the water switch is tested turn-on for 20 seconds and is not off, it is estimated the water pump fault.
