Delivery Info


1. Delivery of your purchase shall be made by us or our carriers notifying you by email of the delivery date and time following your purchase, ensuring your valuable time is not wasted.

2. Normal delivery times are Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 6.00pm excluding public holidays.  Deliveries at other times are possible by prior arrangement, but can incur a surcharge to be agreed at time of your purchase.


3. We shall use our best endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery. If there is an issue with delivery which is not in our control, we shall contact you immediately to re-confirm a convenient date for delivery of your purchase.


4. Your delivery is of the utmost importance to us to reach you on time, however, we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused.

5. All orders for delivery to addresses in the mainland UK are delivered free of charge, except for the following postcodes. PA21, PA22, PA23, PA27, AB, BT, DD, DG, EH, FK, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, TD, TR, ZE.. These postcodes will incur an additional charge which will be advised prior to order confirmation.  There may be other remote post codes which fall into this category. If this applies to your postcode, we will contact you to confirm your order.


6. For delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands we will deliver to a nominated address if the order value exceeds £250 and is not in a post code where additional charges apply e.g. a port. The seller shall deliver the goods suitably packaged and in good condition to the forwarding carriers. The seller can not be held responsible for damage that occurs thereafter. Onward shipping from that point is the responsibility of the customer unless prior arrangement is made and confirmed in writing by the Seller with such confirmation outlining any additional costs that this service may incur that will be met by the Buyer. Orders placed from and delivered to the Channel Islands will not be subject to VAT.

7. Where an order contains more than one item there is the possibility that the items may not all come at one time. In the case of this, we will keep you updated via email.
8. Where a delivery date has been agreed with our carrier but you are not present to receive the delivery we reserve the right to charge you a minimum of £10 to cover part of the cost of the failed delivery.

9. An order may be cancelled at any time between the placement of the order and 7 working days following delivery of the goods. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing by letter, fax or e-mail (please see terms and conditions for further information)

10. If you wish to cancel your purchase for any reason you must do so, in writing by fax, e-mail or letter. Orders cancelled within 7 working days of delivery, must be returned to us in the same condition they were at the time of delivery and in their original packaging at the your expense, alternatively, we can arrange collection at the cost levied by the carrier. Any monies which have been paid will be refunded as soon as possible less the cost of the collection fee provided that we receive the goods in the same condition they were at the time of delivery and in their original packaging. Please ensure the goods are adequately packaged at the time of collection or you may well incur a surcharge. For items that are specially commissioned or ordered in non standard sizes and/or colours you will unfortunately not receive a refund if you have not cancelled the delivery within 7 days of having made the purchase.

11. Mattresses can only be returned if they are unopened. If you wish to test a mattress please keep it wrapped until you are sure you want to keep it.

12. Upon delivery, an adult must be available at the address to check and acknowledge receipt in a safe and satisfactory condition.

13. Our drivers deliver only to your front door. They will, at their own discretion, put your merchandise into the room of your choice in your home, however please be aware that if any damages occur due to this, neither us or the drivers will be liable for any damages caused to your merchandise or your house.

14. Any damages, shortages or discrepancies must be notified in writing to our customer services department within 48 hours letter, fax or e-mail.
